We start treatment on your chosen area(s), concentrating on any actively growing hair to give the best results.

The melanin in your hair absorbs the heat from our state of the art laser and heats the entire hair shaft.

Needed a Rapid Antigen Test for a family of 4, to go on a cruise this Summer. Needed it 72 hours before embarkation. Roshni were brilliant and friendly on the phone; explaining everything they do, how it works - and that they have plenty of cruise customers for these tests. Found Rotherham Football premises quite easily. There is a large open reception area: which is essentially to serve people playing "Indoor Football". BUT - they perform these tests as "Administrators" for Roshni Clinic. It's pretty much the same as you get from these "over the web" services: where someone actually watches you take the self-test, but on their premises, in-person. They take the Barcode from your test, the sample results (which you place in a plastic bag for them) - and take digital images. These are then passed to a central laboratory; where a Clinician casts a more 'professional eye' over the test result - and then issues your certificate. We could obviously see that our tests were NEGATIVE, before we left the premises. We received an email almost immediately that the test was registered with the laboratory. We received the confirmation of negative test (with accompanying PDF certificate) in about 1-hour. Travelling with Princess cruises, we could upload the certificate to their booking/cruise application - and I have since had someone check it (over the phone) and confirm that it meets their requirements. So: now feel confident that I can fly to Rome, meet the ship - and actually board, relatively stress free. I would thoroughly recommend this service.

After being let down by my Boots PCR test, I booked an emergency PCR test at Roshni Clinic and I was not disappointed. All the staff are so helpful and it was a really straight forward process. My results arrived in just under 8 hours! I will definitely be recommending to others and using this clinic again!
First thing to say is ignore the map it is wrong, find Rotherham football centre. The staff were very friendly, explained the process clearly and answered all our questions. We took the test at 12.10 and the results came through at 10.20pm the same day.

The service I received here was excellent from start to finish. I booked a fit to fly PCR test for my daughter. Easy to use online forms including the consent form. The reception was friendly and we were seen to immediately. They even double checked the timescales for the test for Malta to be doubly sure. Sajjad had my 7 year old at ease and she didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. My experience today at the clinic was nothing short of perfect. Upon arrival, the staff were very hospitable and welcoming. Our laser treatments are effective because they focus on the problem area. The laser beam penetrates deep into the skin, targeting the roots of the hair. Once the hair follicle is destroyed, it cannot grow back again. By destroying these hair follicles, our lasers can permanently remove unwanted hair without causing any side effects.
The laser will only affect the hair follicles that are currently growing (anagen), so treatments must be spaced. Around 10-20% of hair follicles are actively growing at any one time – which means we can only treat around 20% of your chosen area at once. Treatments are carried out every 6 weeks, which coincides with the growth cycle of your hair.
There’s a few rules you should follow prior to getting your laser hair removal treatment done.
• Avoid exposing skin to the sun or using a fake tan for a minimum of 4 weeks at least before and after the treatment.
• Do not wax, thread, epilate or bleach the hair.
• Inform us if your medical status changes, or if you are pregnant.
• Let us know of any medication you take – some medications can make you more sensitive to the laser light.
• Do not use make-up, perfume or deodorant on the areas being treated before your appointment.
• Apply SPF50 sun protection to exposed areas
To get the best results, follow these rules after your treatment:
• Cool the skin with aloe vera products for up to 48 hours after treatment.
• Avoid using cosmetic products for three days after treatment – especially those containing vitamin A
and glycolic acid.
• Don’t use the sauna, steam room, or swimming pool and avoid any strenuous exercise for at least 3
days after treatment.
We will invite you for a consultation and patch test to make sure that the treatment is right for you and safe for your skin. This appointment also gives you the chance to ask as many questions as you like.
• After your consultation, and provided your patch test is OK, you’ll be ready for your first session. During the treatment, your practitioner will ask you to remove any clothing covering the treatment areas, and provide you with disposable underwear if needed.
• A cooling gel will be applied to the area being treated and then the laser. The clinician will run the laser over the area, ensuring that as many hairs as possible are treated.
• With every treatment, the strength of the laser will be reassessed and sometimes increased. This allows us to treat the hair more effectively.
• There is no recovery time needed, once the treatment is completed, you’ll be able to walk straight out of the treatment room.
• For the most effective treatment, we try to see patients every 4 weeks for the face, every 6 weeks for the bikini or underarm or every 8-10 weeks for the legs and torso.
