Refund Policy

At Roshni Clinic we have a fair and transparent cancellation/refund policy.

When you book your appointment with us, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other customers. However, if you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice in order to allow another customer access to that appointment time.

The “ON HOLD” option for appointments allows customers to place their appointments on hold up to 12 month free of charge. 

However the original appointment date is still subject to the cancellation policy if then requested to be cancelled.

  • Cancellations — All bookings cancelled more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund minus an admin fee (£30 for PCR/£30 for antigen).
  • Cancellations – 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund minus an admin fee of £30
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours will not receive a refund

Please note that we do not take cancellations over the phone, cancellations must be made in writing. Please email our cancellations team – info@roshniclinic.co.uk stating your name, email address and appointment date and time.

Testing:  Roshni Clinic will make every reasonable endeavour to analyse your sample and to provide you with a results report. However, on rare occasions, anomalies can occur during laboratory analysis, for example, issues with sample collection or processing errors. Roshni Clinic will endeavour to identify and correct any such issue. Additional samples may be required, if remaining sample is insufficient for repeat analysis. And as a consequence, results/reports may be delayed. Roshni Clinic will not be held accountable or liable for delays with testing that is outside of their control.

Results: Following receipt of your sample, we will make every reasonable endeavour to provide your test results within a reasonable timeframe following our laboratory receiving your sample. Delivery dates for test results are approximate only and Roshni Clinic will not be held liable for any delay in delivery, particularly in light of global shortages in raw materials and the unprecedented level of demand for our services in the current challenging circumstance, as well as subject to further terms in this agreement. You acknowledge that you will receive your results to the email address provided by you when booking your test. It is your responsibility to ensure that Roshni clinic has the correct information pertaining to your email address. Although we have 95%+ customer satisfaction, in extreme circumstances delays may occur. In these circumstances it is your responsibility to contact us immediately so Roshni Clinic is able to rectify any issues in a timely manner. Roshni Clinic will not be held liable for results not received when no contact has been made. You acknowledge that you will receive your results to the email address provided by you when booking your test. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have the correct information pertaining to your email address or contact details

Refunds/Cancellation Policy: We have a fair and transparent cancellation/refund policy. Appointments can be cancelled and refunded 24 hours prior to the appointment. Should you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, then you will be entitled to a 50% refund. Please note that there is a £30 administrative fee for all cancellations.
